What do you mean when you say No initial payment?

Are the prices shown on your website exactly what I will pay? Do I have to add any further costs ?
All the prices you see on our website are 'fully inclusive'. Therefore, this is the amount that will be taken from your account each month by direct debit. The website defaults to 8,000 annual mileage, but you can easily get a price should you require a higher mileage allowance. We do not charge any additional fees such as delivery of documentation charges.Read more
How soon will I get my new car?
The delivery time will depend on the vehicle you choose. Some of our special offers are available for a quick delivery (7-10 days), whilst sometimes we have to place a special factory order for your vehicle.
Once in stock, we will notify you of the vehicle registration number, allowing you to arrange insurance. We will then arrange delivery to your home or work, at no extra cost.Read more

Routine servicing and maintenance
Although you are leasing the vehicle and not purchasing it, you are still responsible for routine servicing and replacement tyres.
All our cars are brand new and come with 12 months road tax. You will be responsible for the cost of subsequent years road tax at the current rate.
You can take out an optional maintenance package for an additional monthly fee, allowing you to budget with confidence and providing complete fixed cost motoring.
Your vehicle will be brand new, come with full manufacturers warranty, so any issues can be rectified by your local franchise dealership.
Some of our special offer vehicles may be registered prior to delivery to obtain the required discount to offer the special monthly price. This may result in the vehicle needing an MOT before you are due to return it to us. In these cases, we cover the cost of the MOT.
What about car insurance?
You will need to arrange your own insurance and the car must be covered by a fully comprehensive policy at all times. We will provide you with the vehicle registration number shortly before delivery so you can arrange your insurance to coincide with your delivery date.Read more
What happens if I exceed my mileage allowance?
When you finally return the vehicle at the end of the contract, you will be charged for any excess mileage above your contractual allowance. It is worth bearing in mind that mileage allowance is a pro-rata total so if you return the vehicle early, your allowance will be based on the number of months you have had the vehicle.
If you take a contract with a mileage allowance of 10,000 per annum and return the vehicle after 18 months, your contractual allowance at that point will be 15,000 miles.
If you take a contract with a mileage allowance of 10,000 per annum and return the vehicle after 36 months, your contractual allowance at that point will be 30,000 miles.Read more
What happens in the event that I need to terminate the leasing contract?
In the event that you wish to return the vehicle prior to the minimum leasing period, there will be a termination charge. This has to be calculated as required and can vary between 50% and 100% of the outstanding payments, based on the true depreciation of a particular vehicle. Typically, we find that customers can expect the termination charge to be no more than 50% of outstanding payments, particularly if the minimum lease period is more than 1 year away.
Please note that if you default on your monthly payments, this will be noted on your credit file and may affect your ability to obtain credit facilities in the future.Read more
What happens once I have reached the minimum leasing period?
At the end of the minimum leasing period, you can simply hand the vehicle back to us.
There is no charge for collection and we ask you to complete a short online check list to ensure you have everything required to ensure the hand over is a smooth process.
We also provide you with a copy of our latest fair wear and tear guide to help you ensure any unreasonable damage to your vehicle is repaired to avoid any end of contract damage charges.
You will have nothing more to pay, so long as the vehicle is returned in a fair wear and tear condition and you have not gone over your mileage allowance.
We of course hope that you will want to lease a replacement vehicle, and give us the opportunity to provide a quotation.Read more
What happens with speeding tickets and parking fines?
If you receive a parking ticket, our advice is simply to pay it as quickly as possible. In the event that you do not make payment, the finance company will receive correspondence from the prosecuting party and will pay the fine on your behalf. They will then recharge it back to you along with a small administration fee.

Your website says that there is no initial payment, so why do I have to pay a £100.00 when placing an order?
The £100.00 is purely a holding deposit and is refunded back to you once your new vehicle has been delivered. This payment acts as your commitment to the order. In the unfortunate event that you cancel the order, the £100.00 is not refunded. and goes some way to covering our costs incurred. In some cases we may have a taken a vehicle off sale that we could have sold to somebody else. If your reason for cancelling an order is due to an error on our part or the expected delivery time has significantly increased, we will happily refund the holding deposit.Read more
